Rejecting Israel: On Christian Leadership

Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: In this important text, every Christian is effectively defined as a leader. Does that mean we are at liberty to choose the Teachings? You may go to university and after a while teach exact science courses. Yet, this won’t transform you into an antichrist (see The Cross of Bethlehem The requirements needed for being a good Christian – and thus a good Christian leader – are various, but all boils down to Faith in God (Romans 1:17). Faith is a gift (Ephesians 2:8), but must be awaken by the word (Romans 10:14). In other words, we must have exact knowledge of what do we have Faith on. This has been a pitfall for many Christians, including in recent times. Many churches – mainly in America – unconditionally support the State of Israel. Yet, the crimes of this organization are so obnoxious that it recently has been defined as just another antichrist and even as a terror inflicting organization by the UN Human Rights Council. Yet, these churches keep saying: “But Romans 9-11!” They use these chapters – written by Apostle Paul – to base their support of Israel. However, they are misinterpreting the texts for the sake of their ungodly political goals. Bible misinterpretation is one of the three steps used by Satan to tempt Jesus (Matthew 4:1-11). Yet, this chapters also include one of Isaiah’s prophecies. It is so important that it is repeated word by word in Romans 9:27: Isaiah 9:27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: The implications are clear. The texts in these chapters do not refer to all Jews, but only to a remnant, a small part of them. The State of Israel is clearly not within this definition: Christianity is not about organizations but about personal salvation. Moreover, the State of Israel does not appear in the Bible; any such violent institution cannot belong to God. God is Love; not white phosphorous bombs on children. Consequently, American churches supporting the State of Israel are clearly on the wrong. Apostle Paul showed his humility and Godly attitude when he recognized his early error (see Galatians 1 and Romans 15) of supporting Pharisaic Judaism. I call America’s churches leaders to show the same humility by rejecting Israel.
