Peres Mauls Holocaust
New in the Website
This is highly embarrassing. On March 28, 2011, Bank Leumi announced that it will transfer NIS 130 million to Holocaust survivors and heirs of victims, under a settlement approved by the bank and the Company for Location and Restitution of Holocaust Victims’ Assets. The company had demanded NIS 300 million, for funds deposited in 3,577 accounts of the Anglo-Palestine Bank—which later became bank Leumi—before World War II by Jews who later died in WWII. The investors had supported the Zionist enterprise and hoped to guarantee their own future. Many of the account holders died in WWII, and their assets went unclaimed. The parties turned to arbitration in 2010, through the mediation of MK Zeev Bielski (Kadima). Under the recent agreement, their heirs got some of the money. “Signing the agreement does not constitute any kind of recognition on the part of the bank of any of the company’s claims or demands. Nevertheless, out of a desire to enable assistance to Holocaust survivors in their lifetime, the bank reached an agreement with the company, according to which, as stated in the agreement, the monies are intended for aid to Holocaust survivors as well as monetary payments to eligible heirs of victims of the Holocaust,” the bank said after the agreement was achieved. This behavior is a bit odd considering that following Israel's bank stock crisis of 1983, the bank was owned for a long period of time by the state, which did nothing to be a “a protecting force, a safe haven” towards the victims. Even while the agreement was being negotiated, the state had full control of the bank following a partial privatization. Let’s not forget that the agreement itself was negotiated by a member of parliament. As said, this is embarrassing.
Is Israel a Safe Haven?
In the incident described above the behavior of the state was odd; it protected the bank and not its victims. Yet, even worse examples of Israel failing to be “a protecting force, a safe haven, and a great spirit” can be found. I want to emphasize I didn’t make a special witch-hunt in the preparation of this article; the events brought here were openly described by the mainstream Hebrew media. On April 17, 2012, it was reported that a gang rape took place on Bograshov Beach, Tel Aviv during three hours in the afternoon. This is a very central location and not a deserted beach in the outskirts. The event became public after it was witnessed by N., a woman who is a Jerusalem resident and works in the State Prosecutor's Office. She took a day off and went with a friend to Tel Aviv; she claims the police never showed up following her emergency call after she saw a girl being raped by up to thirty men. Following her report to the media, an investigation was opened into police conduct over incident. The attacked girl was not impressed by Israel’s claims of being “a protecting force, a safe haven, and a great spirit.”
“It’s a single case, it means nothing!” could be the answer uttered by Zionists when finding out about the event. Refuting this is easy. Israel Police is a brutal organization. In Dayan: “Like Pravda;” Mesika: “Police Hallucinates”, I reported the story of a 17 year old boy, who was detained together with others by the police was kicked and badly beaten, and of a 15 year old girl who experienced severe violence and sexual harassment by a police officer. According to the report on the events prepared by Israel Police, these were legitimate actions. Daniel Dayan, head of the Yesha Council (Hebrew acronym for Judea, Samaria and Gaza; a profanity as it implies theirhaving godly connections) answered by saying that the police narrative is clearly false and the police cannot investigate itself; by doing so it created a report reminiscent of the soviet newspaper Pravda. Michael Ben Ari, a Knesset Member from the far right (see USA Denies Visa to Jewish Knesset Member) claimed the police demonstrates a culture of lies and that it gives legitimacy to criminals in uniform. In Jewish Wars I described the circumstances that caused Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolfa to claim that Israeli police and army are: “Terrorists in Black.” Any number of similar reports of brutal behavior by the Zionist state can be found in its own media. Israel is not what was claimed by Shimon Peres.
“none of them will be discriminated against due to their nationality or religion”
The words of Shimon Peres reproduced in the subtitle above were the most surprising ones in his speech. The ongoing discrimination of the State of Israel against non-Jews and Jews not belonging to the elitist “Warring Family” is systematically reported by the Hebrew media to such an extent that the only decent thing Peres could do—except for offering reparations to the State of Israel's victims—was to shut up.
In 1264 New Testimonies, I provided details on the ongoing rulings of the Israel Supreme Court against mixed marriages between Palestinians from the West Bank and Palestinian Israeli citizens. This is a draconic violation of human rights. The situation is so bad, that recently an Arab Justice Rejected the Israeli Anthem. Israel’s only Arab Justice—Salim Jubran—refused to sing it when the Presidents of the Supreme Court were exchanged on February 28, 2012.
Understanding Justice Jubran is easy. After all, Israel has a court-proven record of racism. A good example showing what happens when a Jewsih policeman kills a Palestinian appeared in Jewish Racism & Political Police. Mahmud Gnayem was 24 years old when he was killed in Pardes Hannah, during a 2006 raid on car thieves, by an Israeli policeman. His cousin, Waji Ghanaim, who arrived at the scene shortly after the shooting, said that the car was parked on the side of the road at the time of the shooting, meaning the victim couldn’t have been running away from the police. The victim wasn’t armed, yet Mizrahi shot him to death. In 2009, Mizrahi was sentenced to a mere 15 months in prison. He appealed to the Israeli Supreme Court, and said there that his shooting was intentional and that his life was not in danger during the event. Yet, he insisted he acted out of self-defense. For being illogical, his sentence was doubled to 30 months in July 2010. Yet, this is dirt cheap for a cold blood assassination. During all this time, Mizrahi hadn’t been relieved from his duties as policeman. Isn’t this entire event a bit strange? Again, if a reader is not convinced by these events, others can be found easily. Again, Israel is not what was claimed by Shimon Peres.
Reality can be stronger than our imagination, sending strong symbols that couldn’t have been better staged even by a leading Hollywood producer. On April 18, 2012, one female Israel Defense Forces officer in her twenties was killed, and at least 5 other officers were injured, after a lighting rig collapsed on Mount Herzl, in Jerusalem. This happened during a rehearsal for an Independence Day ceremony. The symbol is clear, the lighting rig illuminating the State of Israel is collapsing under the weight of the lies uttered by Shimon Peres and his peers.
