Hannukkyah - Hannukah's Candelabrum

Hannukkyah | Hannukah's Candelabrum

On December 2, 2010, begins Hanukkah, a Jewish holiday which commemorates the inauguration of the Second Temple in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt of the 2nd century BC. Accordingly, the name means "inauguration" in Hebrew. Observed during eight nights, a candle is added to a nine-branched candelabrum – called Hanukkyah in Hebrew – each night. The ninth candle is used to light the others. In the Jewish tradition, Hanukkah is special because it doesn't appear in the Bible; i.e. it is a holiday not commanded by God (the same applies to Purim). As a result of that it offers an extraordinary insight into the transition of the Judaic culture from being based in the Bible to one based in the blasphemous Talmud.

The iconography of the celebration is the main clue to that. It is hard to argue against the main idea behind the festivity; the problems arise once you begin looking into the details. "Looking" is the keyword here, since foreign ideas are imprinted in the Hanukkyah – the candelabrum.

What could one expect on such a candelabrum? Figures related to the Second Temple and the oil vessel used during the inauguration ceremony (this is the idea behind the candelabrum – it burned for eight consecutive days during the event, instead of the expected single night) are logical and can be easily found. Yet, stranger figures and writings are often by them. They can be related to ornaments and writings placed next to the doors of traditional Jewish houses, showing their wider importance. Moreover, in many houses the candelabrum is placed next to the door, thus, next to the other unrelated symbols. The door is considered in the Jewish tradition as the most vulnerable place of the house (the Shin Beth is famous for breaking doors), providing the final clue to the mystery.

Hamsa Mezuza Talisman

Hamsa | Mezuza | Jewish Talisman

Roosters, bull horns, hamsa symbols and writings unrelated to the festivity are common unexpected decorations, but others exist. Roosters and bull horns supposedly frighten malicious spirits from entering the house. Psalm 67 often appears on the candelabrum, despite it not being related to the event. Psalm 30 would be more appropriate. Yet, Psalm 67 shaped as a candelabrum is said to have – by Talmudic Jews – magic properties, assuring success and protection from evil. The hamsa hand ("hamsa" means "five" in Arabic; "hamisha" is the almost identical Hebrew form) is used to keep away the Evil Eye curse; surprisingly it is very popular among Jews and has nothing to do with the Bible, which warns against this type of beliefs. In other words, these are demonic devices.

The candelabrum appears only during eight nights of the year. More visible is the mezuzah, which hangs at the top part of Talmudic Jews doorframes all year along. A mezuzah is affixed to the doorframe in Jewish homes to fulfill the mitzvah (Biblical commandment) to inscribe the words of the Shema ("Hear Israel…" Deuteronomy 6:4-9) "on the doorposts of your house" (Deuteronomy 6:9 and 11:20). Traditional Jews kiss them in their way in and out of the house. Again, this is a perfect symbol of the misinterpretation of the Bible by Talmudic Jews. Instead of practicing the Teachings according to their spirit (in other words loving God and the other), they implement just the outer side of the teachings, only for the sake of being seen by their neighbors. On this Jesus said in Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.. Jews sound the trumpets, but can't read the music.

Isn't that the core of the current crimes committed by the State of Israel on a daily base? Isn't that why it was defined as a terror inflicting entity by the United Nations Human Rights Council? There is nothing new. Prophet Jeremiah said a long time ago (Jeremiah 31:31-34) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Until they begin thinking with their hearts instead of making Machiavellian machinations based on hatred, usury and avarice, there would be no change and no demonic devices would protect them. They'll commit crimes and afterwards cry crocodile tears for the retaliations against the perpetrators. Until they understand this and change, we'll suffer and be blamed for that.
